Written and executed by Goldberg-Meehan and directed by Christine Gernon (Speechless), the untitled comedy (fka Kids Matter Now) is all about a diva boss (Liu) without patience for working parents who adopt and adopt a baby have a change from the heart, appointing their mother with three assistants as an unlikely mentor and improving office dynamics.

MacArthur will play Dean. Dean is handsome and confident, but not as charming as he thinks. He heads the production department at Devins (Liu) millionaire furniture company. Although he seems confident and cocky, he’s actually quite insecure because he’s focused on work. He is clearly threatened when Annie becomes Devin’s protégé.

MacArthur starred as Jay Geils in all three seasons of the hit TBS comedy Angie Tribeca. He recently appeared on the Netflix comedy series Merry Happy Whatever alongside Dennis Quaid and on the first season of Apple’s The Morning Show alongside Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston. MacArthur can be seen in the Hulu movie The Binge. He is again overseen by ICM Partners, Management 360 and Morris Yorn.
